Millstone Edge Millstone

Millstone Edge Millstone

Second shot from the walk up on Millstone Edge this week, its a little dangerous as you walk along the path, steep slopes to the right and difficult undergrowth and rocks to the left, not a great combination when you’re trying to carry a tripod and camera over one shoulder and a manic pulling husky with the other.

I must admit though it is a breath taking place and with unspoilt views across Hope Valley and beyond make it a well worth visit.

Hopefully out tonight sunset and star trails….weather dependent

Must say the path does look a little dicey,
the older I get the more nervous I get of heights. I see that the sun has finally given up and now returned to it’s rightful place here in Spain (at last you’ll be able to make the most of you ‘superwellies’). The weather here is now perfect for me, blue blue skies and warm sun but not too hot yet. I will have to escape to the beautiful Pyrenees when it heats up too much.
