Polariser

Polariser Symmetry

Well at least its Friday!

todays shot is to demonstrate the effect of a good Polariser, I used my Heliopan 105mm with a .6 soft grad in front of it to create this shot at Ladybower Reservoir, shot was pre sunrise with a amber cast rising from behind the hills. The Polarise has the effect of cutting through reflections on water to a distance and making blues bluer and whites whiter, topped off with simple tweaks of contrast and saturation in PS CS 5 you get the desired effect.

Off to Clumber tomorrow with Jo and Stormy for a walk and check out the caravans before we pick ours up next week, cant wait, :)
